Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for the following situations:
- Development Services: If you have purchased any custom WordPress development services and are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may request a refund within 7 days of project delivery, provided the project does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- Non-Delivery of Services: If, for any reason, WPqode fails to deliver the service as agreed (such as development or troubleshooting support), you are entitled to a full refund.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service, please contact us, and we will process a refund for the duplicate charge.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- Downloaded Plugins or Themes: As WPqode does not directly sell or host downloadable products like themes and plugins (which are linked from WordPress.org), refunds for these products are not applicable.
- Custom Development Post-Approval: Once custom development work has been completed and approved by you, refunds are no longer possible.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind after the service has been provided or development work has been delivered, we are unable to offer a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via email at wpqode@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your full name and contact information.
- A description of the service provided and the reason for your refund request.
- Any supporting documentation that may assist in processing your request.
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and get back to you within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
