Ninja Forms – The Contact Form Builder That Grows With You
Ninja Forms is a powerful tool for creating contact forms. Customers rave about its ease of use and impressive support.I discovered an issue with a Ninja Form on my website this morning and reached out to the NF support team. Just a few hours later, Sam emailed me the solution – it was clearly laid out and easy to follow. Very very impressed with the speed and quality of service, thank you 🙂
Been using Ninja Forms (Plus membership with addons) for 5 years and they’ve been great. Their form builder is easy to use and the few times I’ve contacted support they have always responded quickly and with plenty of detail. Highly recommend.
I got my issue solved in a few minutes. I was not expecting that quick report! Tks to the support team!
Using the premium plug-in. It’s easy to use and has plenty of features, everything we need. The best part is the impeccable support, questions are answered REALLY fast and to the point. A real relief compared to other plugin developers.
Ninja Forms is a great product and they have many awesome addons. Their customer service is excellent and they vary responsive. My go-to forms builder.
I really do love this plugin and based on the functionality of the plugin (and add-ons) alone, I would give them 5 stars. But, the documentation is really inadequate. It’s great for marketing purposes (shows the power of the plugin), but if you are actually trying to use their plugin/add-ons, it does not provide enough detail on how the various features work. This has led me to create multiple support tickets where I'm treated as if I should have known better, but when I ask where in the documentation I can find the answer, they don’t provide a link and admit that they need to improve it. NinjaForms – Invest some time in your documentation. It will make your customers more successful & likely also likely reduce your support queues, thus reducing your costs.
